The platform

Everything an organization needs to start vouching for things: its own verified name on the internet, a signing key it never has to handle, its brand on everything it hands out, a hosted page where anyone can check, a public list of who it trusts, and a signed record of anything it has taken back. The wallet

A wallet people genuinely own. Its keys are created on the phone and never leave it, unlocked by a face or a fingerprint. What it holds is encrypted. It speaks 13 languages, including ones written right to left.

Security by design

Signing keys live inside a cloud vault. Phone keys never leave the phone. Every privileged action is written to a record that cannot be edited afterwards. Organizations are walled off from one another, and the riskiest operations need a second person to approve.

The privacy law, built in

GDPR is a working part of the product, not a policy page: people can ask what is held about them, have it truly erased, see how long things are kept, read the register of what is processed and why, and find every incident logged — live today.

Honesty as code

The word “verified” can only reach a screen after a real check has actually succeeded — a rule enforced in the code and on every build, not a promise in a brochure. Rare, and provable.

The EU writes digital identity wallets into law for all 27 member states.

Wallets ship

Member states must offer every citizen a wallet by December. 21 US states issue driving licences you carry on your phone. Age checks become mandatory across the UK, the US and the EU.

2027

Accepting proof becomes law

Banks, telecoms, platforms and eight more sectors must accept proof held in a wallet, and EU money-laundering rules move onto the same rails in July. Demand stops being a choice.

Based on public vendor information, July 2026 (walt.id, Truvera/Dock, Gataca, Microsoft Entra Verified ID product pages and pricing). The ORBIS one-to-one sealed-call engine is built and tested; enabled today in a controlled build profile ahead of general rollout. No competitor was found combining all five capabilities in one product estate.

The platform’s honesty rule applies to its own marketing. What is live, what is built but switched off, and what is still planned are always told apart — here exactly as in the product.

Pre-revenue, pre-scale

No revenue, user numbers or usage volumes are claimed. One organization is live on production — a sibling product, not an outside customer.

  • One region, lean infrastructure. The platform runs as a single cloud app on a file-based database; moving it to a full database and cache is the highest-leverage job on the roadmap.
  • Checking who someone is at sign-up is not production-grade yet. What runs today is a demonstration wrapped around one real end-to-end round trip; a production identity-checking provider is a later milestone.

Wallet, money and connections

  • The wallet is web-only. No app-store builds yet; getting back in after losing a device is not implemented; keeping keys in the phone’s dedicated security chip is designed as a drop-in swap, not shipped.
  • No money moves. Every financial rail is switched off by design behind owner-held kill switches until licensing, audits and partners are in place.
  • Integrations are staged. xNEXT is ready to connect, not connected; the event feed is waiting for its first live subscriber; the penetration test, the privacy audit and the SOC 2 report are scheduled, not done.
